Inman Park Festival

Inman Park Spring Festival takes place in one of Atlanta’s oldest and most scenic neighborhoods. First developed in the late 1800s, Inman Park is home to many historic homes and parks. The Festival began in the early 1970s as a means to attract attention to gentrification efforts that sought to revitalize the community. The festival offers something for everybody. Music, kids activities, a Tour of Homes, a marvelous street parade, an artists’ market, some of the city’s best people-watching. The Festival runs:
Friday, April 27: 12PM – 4PM (Tour of Homes preview only)
Saturday, April 28: 11 AM – 6 PM
Sunday, April 29: 11 AM – 6 PM
Spring Jonquil Festival in Smyrna
The Spring Jonquil Festival
is held on the beautiful Village Green in downtown Smyrna, Georgia. The festival features more than 175 arts & crafts booths, 15 food booths, an entertainment stage, and a variety of children’s activities. Bring the family and shop, play, eat, drink and just have a great day together.
Artisans are from all over the southeast feature their own hand-made crafts, paintings, clothing, furniture, jewelry and much more. The festival foods include cotton candy, candy apples, corn dogs, hand-dipped ice cream, snow cones, polish sausage, chicken sandwiches, and BBQ. The interactive children’s area includes big and small inflatable activities, sand art, and more. So whether it’s your child or the child in you, there are plenty of food and activities for the whole family to enjoy.
The festival takes place Saturday, April 28 from 10 AM to 6 PM and on Sunday, April 29 from noon to 5 PM.
Taste of Marietta
The 2018 Taste of Marietta
takes place Sunday, April 29, 2018, from 11 am to 7 pm. The annual event takes place in the historic Marietta Square and features over 75 restaurants and caterers showcasing their best food. Tastes range in price from just $1 to $5. In addition, there are five live music stages and a sunset concert on the Main Stage in Glover Park. The event also features games for the kids in the Kid’s Alley, a sports corner, more than 10 food trucks, and a cooking stage with celebrity chefs’ cooking demonstrations. The 25th anniversary Taste of Marietta takes place rain or shine, and admission is free.
