Fontis Around Town This Holiday Weekend!

Easter Eggs

This holiday weekend we have got several suggestions to enjoy the beautiful weather. While we know there are many choices to choose from, we at Fontis Water hope to see you at one of these two very special events.

The first is the Taste Of Forsyth which will be celebrating its 9th year this Saturday, April 7, at the City of Cumming Fairgrounds. Come hungry and get ready to sample from more than 25 restaurants with more than 10,000 of your family and friends. Of course while you are sampling the tasty food, Fontis will be there with the best bottled water around.
Located 40 miles North of Atlanta nestled up to Lake Lanier, the Taste of Forsyth is a great community event with music, kids zone, local entertainment, touch-a-truck and much more. We will see you at the Taste of Forsyth on from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., bon appetite!!

Also this weekend Fontis will be taking part in the third annual Northeast Cobb Community Egg Drop which will be held April 7 at Sprayberry High School.
Kids can expect tons of candy, inflatables, face painting, free pictures with the Easter Bunny, vendors, and fun for all ages. Cobb EMC will host two Kid’s Zones: one toddler play area and one for the thrill seekers. $5 per child for unlimited rides. The Sprayberry Football Booster Club will provide the food.

The event begins at 10 a.m. and the Egg Drop schedule is as follows:

12:30 p.m. Children move to the staging area around the football field track.
1:00 p.m. The helicopter arrives and drops the eggs.
1:20 p.m. Third and fifth grade Egg Hunt.
1:30 p.m. Kindergarten through second grade Egg Hunt.
1:40 p.m. Preschool Egg Hunt (ages 3 and 4).
There will be a separate toddler hunt area.
The event ends at 3 p.m.

The funds raised from the Egg Drop go to support both the Shop with a Yellow Jacket and the Shop with a Longhorn programs for Sprayberry and Kell high schools.

Sprayberry High School is located at 2525 Sandy Plains Rd. in Marietta. Free parking at the school. For more information, call 770-423-1330 or visit the Community Egg Drop website
