Spend the 4th of July on the Marietta Square with Fontis Water

In two days Fontis Water will once again be the proud water sponsor for the City of Marietta’s Fourth in the Park celebration. Each year the square is filled with thousands of attendees who enjoy everything from great food to a spectacular fireworks display.

The day will begin with the Marietta Freedom parade and this year there are 110 entries with more than 2,000 participants. The parade will draw an estimated 30,000 spectators. The parade will begin at 10 AM at Roswell Street Baptist Church and will make its way west on Roswell Road, down to the square and ending at North Marietta Parkway. There will be bands, scouts, civic organizations and local businesses participating in the parade. When the parade is over the festivties will begin. There will be food concessions, arts and crafts and of course a carnival area for the children. There is definitely fun for the entire family. 

There will also be concerts throughout the day beginning at 2:30 PM and the fireworks will take place at dark. Make plans to attend this celebration and come by the Fontis Water tent for the best tasting water around!
